Description
Two astronauts deploy a satellite from the space shuttle when it collides with an unidentified object. The object makes a crippled but safe landing in the remote southwestern U.S. where it is quickly carted off by government agencies to an Air Force base--Hangar 18. Meanwhile, the two astronauts, back on Earth, are anxious to find out what has happened, but no one is talking. The government will stop at nothing to keep them from discovering the truth.
