This report analyzes the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) data for Portland cement concrete pavement (PCCP) awarded in the years 2000 through 2009. Description
This study evaluated the condition of the thermoplastic and pavement marking tape stripes through several winters to see if the grooves provided significant protection for the stripes. Placing lane markings in shallow grooves in the pavement results in considerably longer marking life, making the highway safer for drivers.

Description
The reuse potential of tire chips as coarse aggregates in pavement concrete was examined in this research by investigating the effects of low- and high-volume tire chips on fresh and hardened concrete properties. One concrete control mixture was designed, which well exceeds CDOT Class P concrete requirements.
