Description
This study examined the performance of concrete mixtures designed to increase cracking resistance for Colorado bridge decks. The current CDOT Class H and HT concrete mixtures and nine other mixtures were investigated to aid in the development of a more crack resistant concrete specification.

Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) is a no-slump concrete mixture that is transported, placed, and compacted with the same construction equipment as asphalt pavement. This report analyzes the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) data for Portland cement concrete pavement (PCCP) awarded in the years 2000 through 2009. Analysis of the overall performance of the projects is accomplished by reviewing the Calculated Pay Factor Composite (CPFC) and Incentive/Disincentive Payments (I/DP).
