Pursuant to C.R.S. ʹ 12-61-406.7(1)(a), the Division of Real Estate has studied the functions and duties of comparable HOA Information and Resource Centers, specifically those in Florida, Nevada and Virginia. Furthermore, for each of the state centers mentioned, the division made an assessment of the structure, costs, funding, and success of the duties and functions.
