An overworked architect uses a magical universal remote control to rearrange and control parts of his days but complications arise when it starts to take over his life; thirty-two-year-old Sonny has spent his whole life avoiding responsibility, but when his girlfriend dumps him for an older man, he's got to find a way to prove he's ready to grow up: he adopts five-year-old Julian to impress her; a young man meets his soulmate, who suffers from a memory disorder which wipes her memory clean each evening; a man from a small town goes to the big city to collect an huge inheritance.
