Description
The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of a suggested analytical technique for the investigation of the hydrologic impacts of flow regulation This technique has been developed for use in studies with wide geographical coverage and broad scope of analysis wherein simplification of approach and reduction in the need for detailed data inputs must be achieved without sacrificing the capability to develop adequate and realistic albeit not perfect information about the actual hydrology of a river system.
